Insurance scam for one. I have reported them to Medic-al. I am also considering a law suit. They do x-rays over and over so they can increase the insurance claim. The offer a service that is covered by medi-cal, then they add services that you have to pay out of pocket that are not needed. If you refuse they refuse to treat you. They make you come back for multiple appointments so they can bill Medi-cal for more and more money.
