I chose Dr. Tseng because her clinic is only five minutes from home, and my husband had a positive experience there. It took several days to reach the front desk, and after securing an appointment, I waited almost three weeks for my visit. The receptionist is horrible, she is rude and impolite to patient. I will give a negative stars to this rude receptionist. Not recommend anyone to this office.
I did not get a chance to see or talk to Dr Tseng, but her receptionist is horrible. She is rude and impolite. I did not even finish my question and she interrupted me impatiently saying "sir, you are not listing". I will stay away from this office if they keep an employee like this.
