Please don't judge the office by the exterior. I agree it could use a face lift. Dr. Chan was my mom's Doctor for 10+Years. I became my mom's caregiver & would wheel her to her visits to see Dr. Chan & was pleased with the attention she always received. Dr Kim (PA) has now been my doctor for 7+ years. I get necessary referrals on a timely manner. Mom is no longer with us, but, you can say the office has a patient with the same name (OM) for possibly 20-Yrs now : )
If you have a question about your last visit you need to pay. They forget to forward new prescriptions and prescription changes to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy request refills. They don't listen to the patiente, and after repeating them a description of the symptoms, visit after visit, they would ignore it until it becomes you are very ill. My dad was taking me here when I was a teen for blood panels for my thyroid. We used to see Thein Kyaw but he retired. He was excellent. When Dr. Chan took over the office, its gone downhill. The office managers and the staff are not helpful at all. If you don’t make an appointment but need service they will turn you away very rudely. This is a cold office and I absolutely don’t recommend it.
They never answer their phone when I call or insurance Called 6 times no answer, I called 35 times no answer 🤢🤢
