Eternally grateful for Dr. Angela. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard on continuing her education regularly. She takes the time to listen before coming to any conclusions. I would never be able to go back to any one else after my years of positive experiences with her. As long as you take the time to incorporate her suggestions, you will see results. Be sure to do your part - she’s not a magician. Natural medicine is about making changes sometimes and it will be worth it in the end. I cannot recommend her enough.

I recently had an issue with my lower back and was uncomfortable in any position; standing, sitting, walking. Dr. Lambert was able to immediately pinpoint the injured region and administer acupuncture to the area and get me back on my feet and moving! Within 24 hours I was only feeling a slight twinge and was able to walk and rest comfortably. I am so grateful for Dr. Lambert and her team!

I decided this past summer I was tired of being tired and no matter what meds I was on I was feeling flat. I googled Holistic drs and I was drawn to Ancient Traditions. I have been having my appointments and acupuncture now for 3 months and I am feeling energized and alive again. After some blood work (my dr didn’t do) Angela found some concerns and with the right vitamins, I’m on the right track. Thank you Dr Angela for giving me back my life.

I have always found Dr. Lambert to be a great listener and skilled clinician. She has helped me with arthritic shoulder pain as well as stress management.I feel comfortable in her office and her treatment room is beautiful as well as relaxing. . .so much so, that I could just stay there for hours after a treatment.

I found Dr. Lambert to be a great listener the first time I visited her and paid $250. After that, I found her to be unprepared for our visits and generally flying by the seat of her pants. At such a high cost, I found this troubling and discontinued seeing her. I did not find her acupuncture methods to be effective either. She seemed unsure of what to do and this was disconcerting.
