Great staff, Dr is nice but did not care to look more in to my daughters stomach problems or why she would cry out in pain for hours each night. Left feeling helpless. Went on to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital where she got amazing care, the test she needed ran and a diagnosis, even though Dr. Jeffries told us nothing was wrong. Wished we could have stayed local to get our daughter the care she needed, but because of the lack of care, that was impossible.
Office is very hard to contact for necessary things.
My family is grateful to this doctor beyond what I can even express. My son had horrific GI issues for years. His suffering was horrendous. GI docs in the past attributed his GI problems to Autism and did nothing. But Dr. Jeffries listened to us carefully and ordered an MRI. Turns out my son had a tethered spinal cord and surgery corrected his GI problems. The Neurosurgeon was impressed that someone caught the problem, because it often gets missed in young kids.
Great Dr. Was very knowledgeable and was able to relate to my situation and she LISTENED to my questions and concerns.
She is very nice and easy to talk to but very impossible to get a hold of(by phone). She never returns phone calls.
Very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. ........
