Doctor is good but this review is for the receptionist. She is extremely rude and not helpful. I don't know how she is still working there. My wife gets flare ups for calling because the receptionist doesn't seem to want to help with any of her followups. She says she will call with answers but doesn't call back. We ask questions but not sure if it gets relayed to the doctor. Lots of attitude when talking to her and hangs up on you. I visited Dr. George in the spring and she was very easy and pleasant to work with. She reassured any "what ifs" i had for what symptoms I was looking up (im guilty of this ) I got bloodwork done and she explained everything to me so clearly and im relieved and glad she was referred to me. Now I know what to look for to monitor my symptoms in the future. Thanks Dr. George!
This review is about the receptionist at this medical office. I was calling on behalf of my husband to find out why they hadn’t received a call back about their appointment. The receptionist basically humiliated me. She spoke as if she was scolding a child and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry for Dr Angela, I haven't got a chance to see her yet and maybe she is a great doctor. I have a recurring heart disease that my get scars in my pericardium, and we have been calling the office to see when are we getting an appointment as we were provided with the doctors phone number to follow-up.
