They are rude and I’m a black woman with fertility issues i was going to them for years and they never said anything about my fertility and I’ve even expressed concern to them I had to go to sentara obgyn to get answers. Be careful being of color going to them they don’t care just want to collect a check
I called Ferbee's office July 2025 to get an appointment as a new patient. The earliest available time was Dec 2025. That was a shock to begin with. I received a call on Dec 1st stating she was not excepting new patients! As difficult as it is to get appointments in this area, she could have called me much earlier than a week before my scheduled appointment to say she is not excepting new patients! With all the negative reviews here I had to say something. Dr. Ferebee is one of the most patient and caring clinicians I have met at any hospital. My lovely wife being only Spanish speaking I have accompanied her to every visit and though yes, the wait times can be long, and some of the staff members have their off days no one has ever been blatantly rude or crass. Worst doctor, staff & clinic I’ve ever been to. It’s been almost a month since my initial appt with Dr. Ferebee, who said she was going to put meds in for me to a pharmacy. Still nothing. I have called the clinic numerous times, spoke with countless staff who will “leave a message”, and let who ever know, have even come in person and spoke with a charge nurse who called me the next day saying she will make sure it’s placed.
