The back surgery was a failure and the after care was extremely slow and ineffectual. Took 10 months to finally get an MRI and finally got an appt to read that MRI over a year since surgery. Highly disappointed in the surgery and the office. Am now in the process of finding a new Doctor.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. After consulting and having an office visit with Neurologist made an appointment with Canandaigua office where I believed I had an appointment with the doctor. First, the paperwork was mailed to me versus email- it arrived at my home the afternoon of my morning appointment. After arriving early to complete paperwork I finally saw a PA 40 minutes after my scheduled time. She conducted the same examination that was done by a neurologist a week prior and was told someone would be in to discuss my appointment.... read more
