VERY DISAPPOINTED. After consulting and having an office visit with Neurologist made an appointment with Canandaigua office where I believed I had an appointment with the doctor. First, the paperwork was mailed to me versus email- it arrived at my home the afternoon of my morning appointment. After arriving early to complete paperwork I finally saw a PA 40 minutes after my scheduled time.
