Overall the staff is really good, stays on top of appointments, follow ups and timely reminders, which is really helpful. While getting an appointment is tough but its worth the wait as Dr. Angana Shah and Dr. Chirag Shah are among the best. A few years back my mom had a retina detached and was quickly attended to by both Dr. Chirag and Dr. Angana. Dr. Shah is a confident & experienced surgeon. I read her reviews prior to my surgery & saw that all the excellent reviews pointed towards outcomes from procedures & the negative ones towards office wait time & personality. I found her to be direct & honest & very clear in her communication & most importantly effective. I would rather patiently wait for a qualified surgeon that knows what they are doing than get in quickly & risk a different outcome. Very grateful to Dr. Shah & her staff & would highly recommend!!!
Excellent professional practice. Very thorough. Took the time to explain the treatment options and costs. Also very accommodating to our schedule. Would highly recommend.
