Dr. Suk has shown very little empathy or compassion in my experience. I found him to be cold and dismissive, and I often felt that he spoke down to me rather than listening to my concerns. My family doctor referred me to Dr. Andy Suk, and I waited for one month without receiving any call or follow-up. I eventually had to contact the office myself to ask about my referral. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The receptionist I spoke with was unprofessional and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. On two occasions, the call was disconnected while I was speaking, and on the third attempt, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I have been with Dr. Suk for a little while now and he is great. He is a matter of fact speaker and he won't mince his words. Having a doctor who is straight with you and forces you to see the error of your ways and how to improve is important. If you want someone to enable bad habits - he is not the doctor for you!
