I called to try and make an appointment for my dog last year who I had just gotten from an animal rescue and whoever I spoke to was very rude and condescending so I went to a different vet because of that…now I’m not 100% pleased with the other vet so I thought let me look at Hillman again because it’s right around the corner from my house and maybe that person was just having a really bad day but after reading the reviews about the front desk it sounds to me like they need somebody a little nicer handling the public…I’m gue... read more
These are the best vets in pensacola
This clinic was amazing! They had above friendly service and worked with me and my puppy Sammy! The front and back staff was above helpful. If I could give more stars I would!
Staff is so rude. They talk to you like you're stupid or a child. Sassy, snarky, impatient. Ironic considering it takes hours of waiting to be seen for 10 mins. Won't return. Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of reasonably priced vets near here with kinder staff and take appointments.
