This was my first regular dental visit at this practice. The exam was thorough and well done. The hygienist found a small problem that could become a bigger one if ignored and offered options. After I chose to treat the area, the process, medications used, and home care were explained well to me. Thank you, Gilbert and Goff team!
The staff and Dr. Gilbert are wonderful! Mary Beth, who answers the main line, is great at listening and fast follow-up. Lea and Monica, the hygienists, are always gentle, friendly, and communicative. So is Dr. Gilbert. He takes the time to listen to my experience and explain whatever he's doing. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.
Dr Gilbert was most professional. Clearly described each step and identified all options. Staff were all skilled, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
What a lovely office! My first visit and felt everyone was professional and welcoming. Hygienist for my cleaning, Leah, was excellent. AND I have had some great RDH and some not so good. Dr. Gilbert was super nice. So happy a friend referred me. Thanks
