He’s always in a hurry when he comes in to see you and he never allows you to explain your concerns that you came in for. I’ve asked for tests to be done and he doesn’t follow through with anything or brushes it off and says nothings wrong. I’ve had other professional send referrals and he doesn’t follow through with their requests and their office has told me more than once that it’s not his responsibility it’s mine.. who’s the professional here? We have been part of this group practice for years and are consistently happy with the level of care, the urgency, and the reception staff. We are especially fond of Angele Viger, who is one of the physicians assistants, but we've never been unhappy.
