I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr Andrew Wills as my ENT surgeon. Got a septoplasty and turbinectomy done but still felt congestion well after the surgery. Told Dr Wills this and he completely dismissed my concerns and told me to just use those nasal strips so I could breathe better at night even though this is an all-day issue. Facial pain is even worse than what I had before the surgery so clearly something has gone wrong but it’s clear that the doctor does not care. Dr. Wills has been my ENT doctor for 14 years and has helped me manage my chronic ear issues over that time. He is as friendly and approachable as he is professional. Finding a gem like Dr. Wills is actually one of the few reasons that I have refrained from moving away from Sydney. I could not speak more highly of him and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT specialist.
