I've spoken with the office several times. More than once it's taken me a couple of calls for the to answer - often they seem to pick up the phone and immediately hang up - forcing one to try again. When you do get a receptionist, they behave as if they are doing YOU the favor of even speaking to you. The overall vibe is that they seem to forget common courtesy, rudeness is the goto attitude, and they behave as if they don't need patients.
