Great doctor, front desk is great as well. They honored the appointment.
I started seeing the father, Dr. Samuel The years ago. I somehow transitioned to the son, Dr. Andrew. The both of them are the best doctors I've ever been to. They're so kind and thorough. Dr. Andrew listens, explains and tries to come up with solutions before pushing medication...and they take their time with you. You never feel rushed. They've even squeezed me in on a few occasions, where the wait was long, but that's only because I didn't have an appointment. I've never had any issues with the staff. Found my problem just by reading the chart that 3 previous doctors, including 2 facilities that did a total of 5 sleep studies on me, missed. Phenomenal.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff/receptionists rarely ever answer the phone during office hours. They never respond to voicemails, and when you get through to them, they are incredibly rude and impatient. One receptionist refused to answer my questions and straight up told me to find another doctor. They outsource their billing to incompetent people who are impossible to get ahold of to make sure charges are billed properly. I would not recommend this practice even to my worst enemy
