I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning- and I am pretty much pain free. Surgery was smooth and fast, and my care team was so gentle. Thank you Dr. Tellington! I was losing sleep with anxiety, but this procedure was probably one of the easiest I’ve ever done. I will not go anywhere else for an oral surgery. 😬
SO KIND, understanding and obviously very skilled!
Incompetent receptionist made my daughter’s appointment for the port orchard office and we missed the important appointment on the day of, because the receptionist then said that office is closed and that my daughter was supposed to go to the Bainbridge Island location, which we were never told about until the day of the missed appointment. The receptionist wasn’t apologetic at all. We are just going to find a different place for surgery. I like to think I’m usually a pretty calm and understanding consumer and patient.. but when it comes to dental work and surgery I get very nervous and anxious! Bless the staff at Dr Tellingtons office for their understanding and patience when it came to my nervousness before and after surgery. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done especially Dr Tellingtons transparency and thoroughness when it came to my procedure. You guys are all awesome at what you do!
Friendly staff kept me at ease. Played great music of my choice to help me relax. Talked to me so I was aware of what was happening. Great all around service.
