Dr. Matheus and Carrie are both excellent providers. They actually listen and will find the answers. The support staff at Mainstreet go above and beyond and make sure you're taken care of. I highly recommend.

I have been to see Dr. Andrew Matheus and he really is an attentive doctor. He will listen to what is happening with you and he'll schedule tests, etc., accordingly. As a new patient it was really hard at first to get any return call or assistance, but I do like the fact that he is not a Big Pharma pill pusher!
I like Dr Matheus, however the receptionists always seem like they’re in a rush and blow off my questions and concerns. They also never return calls or communicate amongst themselves. Very frustrating! :/
I saw this doctor the 1st week of January 2026. I have called his office 4 times in a little over a month. There is never a return call and he has done nothing at all to help me. I would not recommend him for anything.
