This medical director is unethical and narcissistic. After a telephone encounter request to my provider he entered 3 days in a row his opinion and what he said was fact based information. It was a yes or no question regarding a prescription. He also put incorrect information. After two requests with records to amend, the requests were denied. I had to fire 2 other Drs, before being assigned to Dr S. He actually listened to my Chronic Pain issues from Shingles Nerve destruction. Dr S became a advocate for me, and getting to a better place. He is very empathetic, and Excellent Communication!

I am currently in a snow storm. My Dr sent in a very important medication to a pharmacy that closed early without my knowledge because of the snow and ice. When I called him to please transfer it simply to a pharmacy that was open, he not only refused, but also refused to speak with my primary Dr who wrote the prescription as is protocol. Thereby leaving me without and putting me in a dangerous position.
