Dr Andrew Smith removed a cataract in my left eye. North Point Eye Care is very professional and runs very smoothly from reception to eye testing, seeing the doctor and finally surgery. Dr Kate Slaughter removed a cataract from my right eye a few years ago and I have also had laser surgery here. Very happy and my recent appointment at the optometrist was “your eyes are looking very healthy”. Thank you team.
Northpoint with Dr Andrew Smith what a professional well run service now had two cataracts done. Good advice received and all staff dealt with in his team excellent.
I had surgery done on a pterygium in October 2021 by Dr Andrew Smith. I found him and the staff to be amazing. I am booked in to have my other eye done in September 2022. I highly recommend Dr Smith at North Point Eye Care.
Not impressed with service. I found him to be patronising, after having to wait an hour (on two occasions) past my appt time with no acknowledgement. I won’t be returning.
This was my very first time seeing a specialist in QLD and couldn’t believe how smoothly it went. Only had to wait a week (because of my schedule). I walked in, was seen before my actual appointment time, they talked me through the procedure and was sent home with a full care plan! Dr Smith’s work is brilliant! I’m Day 2 post op and little to no swelling, only a small amount of bruising and healing fast!
