Extremely knowledgeable, great experience with Him and his PA, My Wife and I have seen Him many times and will continue to do so.
In regards to confirming an appointment for 4/10/24… Rachelle (it may be spelled incorrectly) from patients experience department, is unprofessional in answering questions directly. She kept referring to my April 17th appointment. I had to tell her that the question I’m asking only needs a yes or no answer. And until I said that… she finally answered my question. Also I asked her to leave a message for my doctor’s assistant to call me back, she said she’ll try.
Amazingly caring, helpful, integrative, gives sound, accurate advice. He is one of the only doctors to not gaslight me about EDS and POTS, and has provided me with hope and resources for improving my condition.
