My wife had an appointment with Dr Scott. We both found Dr Scott arrogant in the manner he wouldn’t listen. He talked at my wife, not with her. My wife had to use a certain type of mask for the sleep test. The mask was absolutely uncomfortable. Causing her face to swell up. When my wife tried to explain this, Dr Scott shrugged his shoulders and said you should have completed the sleep test. It’s kind of ironic considering Dr Scott is in the health profession. This is fully based on my experience. I decided to go private because I was not sure how long I would have to wait in the public system. I have been using a sleep machine for years, and this year it was not working well. I was very determined that I needed good sleep for good health. I’m glad I didn’t have time to look at reviews — otherwise, I don’t think I would have met Dr Scott. Actually, I did have time, but it was too late, and I almost regretted my decision. I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel that it is important to warn any potential patients to avoid Dr. Scott at all costs. I was referred to him in early 2024 through my GP due to problems with my sleep schedule and insomnia. Avoid this doctor at all cost. Extremely rude and over priced. Recommend seeing Dr John Feenstra over him if you want to be treated like a human being!
