I had a poor experience with both Dr Scott and his staff. I have attended this clinic for around seven years, and from my recollection, this was not the first time the pre-appointment communication felt excessive. Before this appointment, I received at least eight phone calls and multiple emails about paperwork. This was despite already speaking with staff, confirming I understood it needed to be completed before the appointment, and agreeing I would have it done at least three days beforehand. Absolutely fabulous, interested and caring. He presented me with information and options I could understand. Talked me through the process. The highlight was the fact that he talked to me not at me. His support team are also second to none - extra nod to sleep study team and the reception staff. Thank you

I had a brilliant experience with Dr Scott and reading the other reviews I can’t believe we have seen the same specialist?! Dr Scott was patient, informative and genuinely interested in my symptoms and sleep experiences. He truly had an educational ‘bedside manner’ that many specialists lack. The nurses for my sleep study were lovely and the educators who set me up with the machine to rent had exceptional customer service skills. My wife had an appointment with Dr Scott. We both found Dr Scott arrogant in the manner he wouldn’t listen. He talked at my wife, not with her. My wife had to use a certain type of mask for the sleep test. The mask was absolutely uncomfortable. Causing her face to swell up. When my wife tried to explain this, Dr Scott shrugged his shoulders and said you should have completed the sleep test. It’s kind of ironic considering Dr Scott is in the health profession. Yet has zero listening skills. I cannot recommend Dr Scott at all.... read more
