The doctor is rude and lacks patient care. I don’t know why he is working in the ER if he doesn’t care for patients and doesn’t care if they feel better.
Dr Andrew Liteplo this morning was kind, willing to listen, and provided several potential solutions. He was also inclusive of my wife. We decided together what option made the most sense for me and I was in and out of the ED IN 60 min. Amazing!
I just want to let all potential patients know that Andrew is an incredible doctor as well as person. Dr.Liteplo risked his and went to Moldova during the war in Ukraine. He is a very nice and competent doctor and will not let you down.

Having been diagnosed with a dislocated collar bone in my throat at Emerson hospital and sent to MGH because they did not have the surgeons on hand for an operation at Emerson, I was seen by Andrew Liteplo at MGH ER. This man treated me like I was bothering him with a chipped toenail, when in fact I was having trouble breating and couldn't life my head up.
