Worst experience ever. From the moment I stepped into the room the doctor had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Dr. Rigberg refused to do a consult until they do an x-ray even though I had one done the day before but they didn’t want to look at it. I also said the x-ray didn’t show anything which after he took it he confirmed. He was very dismissive, rude and full of himself. He told me I needed root canal by quickly looking and not hearing me. Rigburg and his associate, Rita, are scam artists that bill you out- of- pocket ($215) for a "consult" that insurance covers. They then bill the insurance and essentially "double-dip" in hopes that the patient is gullible! Well, I'm not that "gullible patient" and realized their scam and reported it to my insurance company who then demanded Rigburg to cease and desist billing me for the services they did not provide! Steer clear of these thieves
