I waited 40 minutes in the lobby after checked in because the doctor running behind . After I get in to the patient waiting room, I asked the nurse assistant to use rest room because I been waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby and the rest room in front of my room , but the nurse assistant denied she said you can’t use this test room and she said you can go outside the clinic use the rest room in flor then come back . It’s so rude behavior.
My husband and I wanted to thank Dr. Deemer and his entire staff for the tremendous care for my husband and me. Dr. Deemer performed my husband’s gallbladder surgery at Tri-City. Dr. Deemer and his staff were accommodating with our financial situation, and not having medical insurance. Hats off to a job well done!
Dr Deemer is tge best, very professional, courteous & very knowledgeable, he has saved my life twice, can’t find the words to express my gratitude. I had a few surgeons tell me i didn’t hvan aneurisym, he took the time & fixed my problem, i had a huge femoral artery pseudo aneurisms. the surgery was long bit successful. again thank you, your are the best
I disagree with the comment re the office staff. I personally fell they were very, very PROFESSIONAL & kind to me They went ABOVE & BEYOND WITH ME
Absolutely no patient or family correspondence after surgery. Shame on you.
