I am very disappointed with the way this doctor (ANDREW QUINN!) communicated with me. When I politely asked for the phone number of the nerve specialist he was referring my husband to, he snapped at me, saying, “No, I’m not your secretary! Dr. Quinn’s admin assistant, Yvonne is organized, efficient, and very professional. She always addressed any of my queries in a timely fashion. Dr. Quinn anticipated and answered all of my questions prior to me having to ask, during consult as well as during follow up appts. Dr. Quinn touched base with me the day prior to my surgery, multiple times the day of my surgery as well as the day following my surgery to see how I was doing. Never had a surgeon do that before!!! I will not be going back to this doctor ever again. I had a minor surgery done on two toes earlier this year and it caused swelling and pain. I had visited the doctor twice about this and he just brushed off stating that it will go away. It’s been 6 months and still the swelling is there and my toes hurt if I walk for more than 30 minutes. I should have left the toes as is, at least I would have been been able to walk like I did before. I recently had surgery after so many years of pain. Dr Quinn is an amazing surgeon who goes through everything thoroughly. His assistant Ivonne is wonderful and very helpful. I loved that Dr Quinn called me the day before my surgery and the day after to check up on y recovery. I highly recommend Dr Quinn, he is knowledgeable, kind and very understanding.
