Terrible admin team that doesn’t care about their patients. Please don’t come here. You will be better of seeing a different doctor with a better admin team. This admin team doesn’t value their patients time and care. I will go ahead and submitting a complaint over to the New York Medical Board.
My experience with Dr Francella was excellent. He is a professional that cares and his staff are also great .
2/19/25. I waited several weeks for my appointment today with Dr. Andrew Francella. The appointment was for 3:20 PM. The office manager left me a voicemail, then called my husband at his job. They wanted me to come in earlier if possible. It took me 15 mins to get through all the prompts and nonsense to leave a message. The office finally called me back and asked me if I could come in 12:30pm. Then they called again and said it would be 1:00pm. Dr. Francella and Dr. Hashem are wonderful. The most caring group of Doctors I know. Kudos for all there hard work and efforts!
