I have been going to Dr Balbough for many years...my daughter and grandkids do as well...they are always able to get me in for anything extra...they smile and treat you very nice checking in...wait time is always pretty fast....I am truely thankful that Dr Balbough is willing to spend any extra time with my when need and not rushing me out the door... Love Dr Balbaugh been a patient of his for 8 yrs now. Kind an soft spoken an takes his time with u.. Love his care for his patients
Dr. Balbaugh listens to my concerns, discusses them, and keeps the visit moving while giving my kids appropriate time for examination and discussion of care. We spent about 45 minutes in the office each time, from check in to check out. The time he spends in the room with my kids is a good portion of that. He doesnt run in and back out like some other physicians have, in my experience. He doesn't treat me as though I'm incapable of understanding his experience and decision-making process.
