I lost 60 lbs in less than a year with out trying and this doctor told me it was stress. Turns out I had breast cancer. He also killed my husband by not properly treating his high blood pressure.
One of the worst excuses for a “doctor” I had ever run into. When he noted I was obese, instead of suggesting healthier and safer options like controlled limited intermittent fasting, eating healthier, safer movement, etc - instead he just kept pushing and gaslighting me to get my stomach stapled, in spite of my bleeding disorder! I bet he’s getting paid to promote that dangerous and unnecessary surgery, regardless. I wanted an mri and to have my carotids checked as my mother had carotid issues. He wouldn’t give me any testing options. He just kept saying I needed Bariatric surgery as I’m overweight. He finally agreed to an mri, I had a stroke while being tested and rushed to the hospital in Baltimore. Thankfully I survived. Patients know their bodies. I happen to be an RN as well. I wouldn’t send my dog to him!
