This Dr does NOT have a clue about what he is doing. I just had spinal fusion surgery 4 months ago which failed and now I am worse than before. A different doctor did that but this Dr writes me a return to work note? Wtf I can't even work! I am still waiting on disability! What a joke except it's not funny.
