This doctor was very professional and took the time to really listen to my concerns about my daughter. He asked me questions and let me answer them at my own pace. His attention was on me while I was talking, and he wasn’t looking down at his papers. It made me feel very comfortable. I was referred to Dr. Mcintosh by our physician and I was able to get an appointment without any problems. I arrived to the clinic and it had adequate parking. They were very helpful checking in and appointment was on time, just a minute to wait in the waiting area. Dr. McIntosh was very nice and explained everything very clearly and allowed us to ask him questions. Very informative and spent time with us. It was nice not to be rushed. Thanks

Dr. Andrew McIntosh has a great bedside manner and takes time to get to know both the parents and the child. He is thorough and considerate and made us both feel at ease. I really appreciate the coaching for better food and fitness habits to help with some of the environmental factors that can impact our mental health. His front office staff were receptive and welcoming as well. Words cannot express how amazing Dr Mcintosh and his staff are. In many cases, pediatric neurology can be a scary experience for parents. Dr Mcintosh immediately made us (and our daughter) feel comfortable, and laid out a concrete plan for us to follow. We could not be happier with the result, and the loving care that Dr Mcintosh and his team provided us.
