I met Dr. McDonald for the first time today. My experience was great! He was professional, kind and attentive. It was nice to see a doctor that actually cares about the patient. He explained about my problem and my options for treatment and the most important thing from my perspective is that he listened to me with respect. I felt that he saw me as a human and not only the "problem that need to be fixed". i saw Dr McDonald today, and found him to be professional, thorough, and patient in explaining my problem with my left knee. He gave me notes from the consultation that i can look at to refresh myself, and also shoed me how to do wall squats to help my knees. Full marks to him, excellent service!
