Dr. Mallon is an amazing physician, highly skilled surgeon and an all around wonderful human being with an exemplary bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and he truly listens. He performed an tonsillectomy on me (in my 50s at that). Despite all the horror stories I had heard about adult tonsillectomies, I had a really positive experience. I have been seeing Dr. Mallon for over a year now with an inner ear issue which literally stopped me in my tracks for a few weeks. After several visits, medication, and a minor surgery, I am able to perform most of my everyday tasks. I highly recommend Dr. Mallon and his staff and their attention to details and empathy for my sudden hearing issue.
Dr Mallon was quite rude uninterested in my problem and more than once referred me back to my primary doctor while emphasizing my age .He went as far as suggesting the continued post nasal dripping l experience is due to age. I’m not bothered by my age but it sure made him appear to not want to “waste”his time with me. I was shocked ,
