Highly recommend. Dr. MacMillan treated me for 4x wisdom tooth extraction. I experienced some pain a few days later and Dr. Macmillan and his team (lovely ladies on front desk) got me straight in for a consultation. Turns out I just wasn't flushing properly! I felt extremely supported and comfortable in his care and was very happy with the overall experience.
I had jaw realignment surgery with Dr Andrew Macmillan in 2020 and the results were absolutely perfect. Dr Macmillan was genuinely involved with me as a client — he always made time to answer my questions, check in on my progress, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr McMillan, at his Brisbane City rooms, messed up my lip procedure very badly, and kept saying 'it just needs more time to heal' and 'keep applying Kenalog' with every subsequent visit, where I told him there is no improvement, in fact, my lip is worse than before. His approach is rough and he thinks everything is a joke. Will NOT recommend him. I have had to have the procedure redone by another doctor in order to try and fix McMillan's mess.
Highly recommend Dr Andrew MacMillan. Gave the utmost care during my tooth extraction and made me feel at ease.
One of the worst experiences of my life. I had four wisdom teeth removed by Andrew, and got more than I bargained for when I woke up and he told me that he had cracked one of my molars and that he had to remove it. Andrew offered compensation in the form of a prosthetic replacement for the molar, however that never happened. This has left me with a giant hole in the left side of my mouth, that I am now having serious issues with. Truly wish that I had never had the operation.
