The worst experience I've ever had with the medical professional. Dr. Terzian was rude and abrasive, walking out of the room because I was not able to answer his questions to his liking as I was rolling around in pain. He never physically examined me, nor did he give me anything for the pain. He did send me for a CAT scan which showed I had a badly twisted bowel. That's all I heard from him. He was rude and did not even assess my son or my concerns. He said his vitals were normal they are extremely elevated. He is significantly dehydrated which is why I brought him in. He said he will get thirsty eventually and self resolve. He was pale, with sunken eyes and cracked lips. The Doctor was cold and condescending. Super confused as to how this man was even a doctor? Made us wait an hour an a half to actually see him (it was not busy in there, my MIL was watching him just stand around and on the computer) just to come in and say i had the flu and we will get you on your way out, could not look us in the eye and you could tell he was super irritated we were asking further questions and really could not answer them well. I literally thought in my head is this a fake doctor?
Dr. Andrew Terzian was cold, disrespectful, and extremely condescending. He spent less than 5 minutes with my husband, who at the time was disoriented and confused from an infection. I asked questions for clarification and not one time did Dr. Terzian acknowledge my presence, make eye contact, or answer my questions and concerns.
