've been going to Dr. LaFleur's office for 4 years. It used to be a good office. It is now one of the worst offices I've ever been to. It all centers around Amanda Atha, the NP in the office. I've not seen Dr. LaFleur for a few years, because every time I call in to see him I get passed off to Amanda. She has the most, "I don't care about my patients." attitude I've ever seen. Always takes time to listen and values my input. Very caring and never makes me feel rushed. We've always been able to get last minute appointments when needed
Dr LaFleur and his staff are very professional, caring and helpful.
Dr. LaFleur is the most unprofessional dr I have ever been to. Our family was sent a registered letter stating we were no longer patients of his due to a balance that was owed strictly because of a billing code error. It was cleared up between the insurance company & his office & even though it clearly was not a bill that was due by us, he would not reinstate us as patients. We really didn't wanted to anyway, but just the principle of it was astonishing. Bad business
Horrible doctor, WOULD NOT recommend. He has no common sense
I have been a patient with this provider since 2008. The office staff is professional, friendly and accommodating.
My husband, myself, and my toddler all see Dr LaFleur and the NP, Patty. We have never had a bad experience with either provider. Both are caring and considerate and I feel that they have our health and well being at the top of their list. Their office staff is great too.
