I was referred to this doctor by my ophthalmologist. I have never been so mistreated by an entire office staff- from Lucy Chen on down. When I scheduled the appointment I was on hold twice for 15 minutes each time. I was 15 minutes early for a 10:10AM appointment and was kept waiting for 40 minutes. My insurance called them 1 hour prior to my appointment and confirmed all I had to do was pay the $10 expert co-fee. She was incredibly thorough and informative. She asked my daughter and myself about our boundaries and comfort when it came to checking her. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and she takes her time with your child rather than just pushing you out the door after 2 minutes.
A very experienced, excellent doctor who is also very friendly and explains well what he is doing and why during his examinations. If you ever need a neurologist, I can highly recommend Dr Morse. Staff is also very professional and helpful
My son has been going to Dr. Bernstein for over 10 years, and he has always been great. He is very experienced, good with kids, thorough in his exams, answers all our questions, and does so quickly and efficiently. We've been very happy with him.
Went in for a strep test because my throat was killing me. She was very quick to dismiss my concerns and blamed my illness on allergies… I’ve never had allergies in my life and to this day still do not have them. Although my test came back negative there was still something very clearly wrong with my throat and she was dismissive which made me feel crazy. Don't normally do reviews, but this had to be done. I'd give him 0 stars if I could. This doctor is a hack. Absolute garbage. Did nothing for me and changed me $549.00. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Came in with a broken hand. He felt it and confirmed it was broken and wrapped it then did an X-Ray and sent me on my way. Then billed my insurance for $800.
Dr Wetzler has treated myself, my wife and family, friends, I highly recommend him. I have had 2 total knee replacement surgery and have had no problems or complaints
