Dr Gatti always takes the time to review your situation. I never feel rushed. He is always responsive to my calls or emails. Actually calls you about lab work, not just a nurse calling you. Recommend him 100%.
The medical care was adequate, but the interaction left us uncomfortable. A personal question directed at my 13-year-old daughter felt out of place in a clinical setting and lacked professional boundaries. It’s important for providers to maintain sensitivity and avoid comments that may feel intrusive, especially when speaking with young patients. We hope this feedback encourages more thoughtful communication going forward.
No one answers phone ever and you can't get results or anything if I could rate negative stars it would be a -10
I think she’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. She listens. She cares about her patience. She’s willing to work with you and hear what you have to say. She is open to holistic medicine and personally I think she’s one of the finest doctors I’ve ever met and I highly recommend her to anyone.
We love Dr. Reed! She is extremely friendly and kind and always listens to my concerns. She's also very personable and easy to approach with questions.

She then said how maybe I didn’t look in my mailbox or maybe someone took it by accident. Very rude. Then I asked how do I make an appointment for my son. She said you can’t do it over the phone, wait for the postcard. I ... read more
What stood out about the visit? the lack of compassion, the lack of guidance, the lack of a plan to help the patient. Nar a goodbye but just walked out of the exam room with no regard to the patient's pain and suffering and the need of his professional help.
My son (the patient) and I listened as Dr. Merrick Wetzler told a young girl (somewhere around the age of 6 or 7) that he would tickle her until she urinated in her pants if she didn't do something. He had been tickling her before making that threat. Dr. Wetzler then stated that he couldn't tickle the child's mother or he would go to jail. Dr. Wetzler stated that my son wasn't using his crutches correctly, but did not provide adequate instruction on how to use the crutches. Dr. Wetzler poked at the area of my son's fracture ... read more
Was able to identify my daughter’s source of symptoms after several doctors had seen her. He does a hands on exam and felt a lump on her thyroid the others had missed.
