This place is excellent and Dr lab zone is the best he’s so patient always have the time to listen and give good advise !!!!!!
Dr Lanzone is empathetic and legitimately cares—that goes a long way with me. He also is direct and honest about what he’s able to diagnose and what he can’t—the hallmarks of a good doctor in my opinion. He’s also patient with me even after I forget what he told me five minutes ago! In lieu of providing a treatment I’d initially wanted, he was honest enough to tell me that that such course of action might not be necessary and without a sure diagnosis of the true issue, essentially might just be a waste of money. On my first two visits I thought Dr. Lanzone was great. When I was having a problem being bounced from pain management to neurosurgeon and back again I attempted to speak to Dr. Lanzone about the pain and frustration I was experiencing. I called and left a message 5 times and never got a call back. Finally on the the sixth call I finally got an answer from the office manager. It should not take more than one call to get an answer. Six calls is absolutely unacceptable so I will be moving on to another orthopedist.

Doctor Lanzone seemed great as far as I could tell but the office staff up front botched everything. They said to my face that they accept my insurance. They booked 3 separate appointments after they accepted my insurance. I proceeded to attend all three of these appointments. Then I received a $1600 bill because they apparently do not accept my insurance. So yeah, Lanzone runs a real tight ship over there.
