I am a 71 year old woman, currently being treated for thyroid disease and osteoporosis. I absolutely consider Dr. Lancaster to be one of the finest doctors I have ever seen. He is professional, thorough, respectful, listens to his patients and considers all aspects of their health before presenting the recommended course of treatment. Dr. Landcaster is a caring, compassionate Doctor who takes the time to listen, especially if you are a new patient to get to know your medical issues, especially if you have other medical conditions and if they are rare conditions. I highly recommend him if you need a Endocrinologist, he is very knowledgeable able other conditions and if he doesn't know, he listens to you to explain. Dr. Lancaster is an excellent physician who takes time with you and answers any question in a way you can understand .His office staff is very nice and do an excellent job.
Do not trust this Endocrinology office. They failed for more than a month of daily phone calls to submit a referral to elder home care despite themselves prescribing it as medical necessity. In fact, they still haven’t done it. The lives of their patients are meaningless to them and they cannot be trusted to even send a simple fax when you’ve spoon fed them the details. Do not trust your loved ones with Dr Lancaster’s office and staff. They are incompetent to the level of malpractice
I have struggled for years with endocrinologists and physicians in relationship to thyroid medication. They use the whole picture in addressing your medical issues. Cannot speak more highly of he and Amy Palmer. They both make sure your concerns are addressed and you are heard.
