The doctor is great, but the receptionist is very rude and hostile. Totally opposite of the doctor. I left without seeing him because it’s just a waste of time. They could not fix my medication since January 1– has been 8 months and they are not sending my records to new Dr.

Dr. Mermelstein is the best! No question about it. However, one of the staffing at the front desk could be a bit more professional with less inappropriate attitude to patients.
