I’m so grateful I found Dr. Kong. He truly care about their patients and take the time to understand what’s going on. The treatments have helped me tremendously with pain, stress, and overall wellness. The clinic is peaceful and welcoming, and every session leaves me feeling more relaxed, balanced, and energized. I scheduled my appointment and made the required $100 deposit which I was never told was non-refundable. I had a family emergency come up so I called and gave the office more than 24-hour advance notice that I needed to cancel. I have asked for the $100 back that they wrongfully collected from me and no surprise they do not want to refund me. I will be involving my attorney to recover the $100 that this practice has stolen. For this reason, I cannot recommend this business due to unethical business practices.

I was driving to Sycamore to receive acupuncture weekly for TMJ and was looking for something more local. I tried making an apt over the phone and the receptionist said they do not offer facial acupuncture and to schedule a 15 min consult with Dr Kong to discuss other treatment options. I showed up to my scheduled apt to find she did not put my apt in the computer the day we discussed.
