Having an employee of a holistic practice come outside to the parking lot twice to yell at me to move while waiting for my anxiety medicine for PTSD to kick in a astounding to me. Yet alone no offer of assistance, referral to your practice or a calm moment without unnecessary confrontation or rudeness ironically to a chronically ill survivor with PTSD and who utilizes all holistic practices in the Winnebago area and neighboring. Hopefully this was a one time incident and not how people are regularly treated here.
Been with them for years and BCBS ppo of IL. Covers treatments. Not supplements I’m not sure about othef insurance plans. Cigna does not cover services. Prices are reasonable. For adjustments. They will work with you to work out a payment plan. Nice friendly caring staff. Relaxing quiet and clean atmosphere.
They required a $100 deposit to make an appointment and when I called back the next day to let them know I wouldn't being coming there. I was told the $100 was NOT refundable. I am not even a pt there. YOU CAN NOT KEEP MONEY
This was my first time seeing a holistic doctor and I was very optimistic. my co-pay for this visit was $50. I put $100 down and I received a bill in the mail for $30. This was my first visit and the doctor offered to do acupuncture which I assumed would be a part of the first visit.
