I’m so grateful I found Dr. Kong. He truly care about their patients and take the time to understand what’s going on. The treatments have helped me tremendously with pain, stress, and overall wellness. The clinic is peaceful and welcoming, and every session leaves me feeling more relaxed, balanced, and energized. I’m incredibly thankful and would recommend them without hesitation. If you’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled acupuncture doctor, this is the place to go!
I scheduled my appointment and made the required $100 deposit which I was never told was non-refundable. I had a family emergency come up so I called and gave the office more than 24-hour advance notice that I needed to cancel. I have asked for the $100 back that they wrongfully collected from me and no surprise they do not want to refund me. I will be involving my attorney to recover the $100 that this practice has stolen. For this reason, I cannot recommend this business due to unethical business practices.
