态度很差，问他什么事情都不清楚，说不出来所以然，再问两句态度就很不耐烦，态度很凶，我做了一次没成功，他打电话通知，一点惋惜态度没有，一句安慰的话没有说，问两句为什么，他就超凶的把电话挂断。 作为专科医生，能力人品态度没有一项是合格的。 绝对名气大于能力。 没几个一次就做成的。每次见面 几百块 说几句片汤话，没什么重点，完全能在电话里说清楚。
Very bad service, every time have to wait for an hour after the appointment time. Doctor Andrew Kan only mentions about the risks of surgical procedures, but refuse to give any medical suggestions. Meaning that you have to bare your own risk of making a decision. This fertility center is just bad in every single aspect.
Such a terrible experience. Their reception can be hopeless and the service is all about charging fees. It is understandable that when things go above your pay grade, you need to talk to your supervisor, but let your customer wait. When all the evidence was given to you as requested, please follow your protocol. We do not want you BS explanations, which is contradicting. Next time, please put a sign of CASH ONLY, if you want to buy medicine at a cheaper price. Bye bye.
My wife is pregant well 7 weeks+ after 1st FET with Dr Andrew Kan. Andrew and his nurse Leeann are extremly wonderful team, providng execptional service for his patient and their families. We lost our 2nd baby this early year due to the chromosome defects. It was devastating period for my family. After this, we went to see Andrew and then he helped us find out the causes of our recurrent miscarriage ( NK cells and MTHFR positive).
