1 year ago Dr West performed Mohs surgery on my bottom lip, squamous skin cancer. While he was cutting , stitching he was listening to a book on tape about nazis ,the holocaust and the horrors of it all. Not what I wanted to hear at the time. During the 45 min procedure he did not once check in with me as to how I was doing, feeling. When he finished I asked how many stitches there were , he replied, too many to count. Dr. West removed a basal cell carcinoma and did an excellent job. Used Mohs Surgery and left a very minimal scar. Couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely recommend him.
Dr, West removed a melanoma growth from my upper forehead. His patient rapport is outstanding, taking a lot of time to explain each step of the procedure thoroughly. I fell lucky to have him as a physician.
