Had my colonoscopy 26 march, Dr. Overhiser and his staff were very friendly and explained details of the procedure. Found out he is a former Midwesterner like myself. They got me in early and i was back home 3 hours later. Thanks again and have a great summer Editing my review to say I did ask about the long scheduling times its do to doctor/patient ratio in his field for this area vs the Midwest where the ratio is much lower.
I Called as a new patient and the secretary told me they have no new patient appointments until June... that's just sad and disappointing my condition is not life threatening that I can tell but definitely have issues and if I wait 4 months to be seen it could be life threatening this is just unacceptable. Your office should definitely go on the website and take down excepting new patients if you can not accommodate anyone at all for 3 - 4 months JS this seems to be every Doctors office in Flagstaff
I had a colonoscopy at the hospital clinic off Beaver street. Dr. Overhiser and all of the staff were wonderful, and make all efforts to make me comfortable. The procedure was easy (you will be out like a light), and Dr. Overhiser even gave me a bunch of photos of the inside of my colon! So cool the technology these days…
Doctor Overhiser is kind, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for anyone, any age, looking for a gentle provider who will take the time to answer all your questions.
