Put aside the extreme accomplishments of this Dr. He and his staff cold not be more kind and attentive. I know offices are hectic and Drs come in and run out, the Doc makes you feel like you are the only soul around. He listens, takes notes and walks you through everything. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this Dr and his staff to anyone.
This review is not for the doctor but his staff. I was referred to Dr. Martorella by my previous endocrinologist who had recently closed his practice. I was told that my medical file would be transferred over to his office and I would be able to continue my visits with Dr. Martorella seamlessly. When I called the office to help me resolve an insurance issue, I was told I would receive a call back. I waited for that call for a month.
