I have been a patient for about 4 years or longer now. Apparently there was a $50 balance that I was not aware of and they sent me to COLLECTIONS for $50!!! They claim they are in network with my insurance but don't know why I had a balance of $50. They never called me once to let me know there was a balance. So, now I understand why urgent care is taking all of doctors business. I am so disappointed in this office!! We are in a PANDEMIC and they are sending me to collections for $50!! Really???!!! I would rate Dr. Blank a 5 Star and his nurse Annette 0 Stars! Dr. Blank is a wonderful Dr.! He is caring, knowledgeable and his personality is personable. Unfortunately, one of his nurses in the Willingboro office needs training, her name is Annette. Annette is always miserable, a simple hello when entering the exam room would go a long way! Annette acts as if you are bothering her if you ask her a question. Maybe she should tell patients what there Oxygen level is and their blood pressure if she doesn't like questions. I p... read more
Dr Blank is the most sensitive, caring physician I have ever encountered. Always there for me, i trust him implicitly.. there is no other doctor for me. He treats each patient as an individual and his staff is equally as caring. I love all of them... when you are sick or have a problem, he takes excellent care of you.
Great doctor with empathy. A truly caring physician. My wife and I have valued him as our PCP for decades!
Dr.Blank is a very caring person interested in my health. He took time to talk to me and explain what tests I needed. I am so glad he is my PCP. He is wonderful!
Dr. Blank has been my doctors for over 25 years. I can't imagine having anyone else. He is the best and cares for his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr, Blank for a long time now and I will not find a nicer and kinder and caring doctor.
I agree that the office is way too busy and I feel the office staff is rude. Dr Blank is a very nice, caring and attentive to your needs when in the office, but he does not return calls even when he told you to call him. Hmm.
The office books far too many appointments for the same time which results in a confusing and ineffective staff. The doctor and office procedures are rigid and not designed to accommodate the patient.
