I have been to his office with my dad, and I feel that Dr. Bernstein is very caring and dedicated to his patients. The staff I am sure as all doctor offices are busy all the time. Today I called because I am nervous about a test result for my dad, and I was treated with respect. Vielca who is the person who called me back did not respond angry to my rants (because I am stressing over this). Instead, she actually made me feel better and helped me to calm down.
