Worse place to talk to someone
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who had an awful dealing with the receptionist. By far the most rude woman I have ever met, with 0 compassion. Should not be working in healthcare.
He is an excellent urologist, he is skilled and follow through with what he says he will do. I personally like the fact that he was straightforward with me. Because of the seriousness of my condition, he took extra time with me and referred me quickly to another specialist. His secretary, Shanon, is really helpful!
Exellent staff, Great Doctor.
