Dr Andrew Higgs's is the best! Through excessive overuse and poor alignment, my right ankle became deformed, arthritic, including spurs and other problematic fragments. To alleviate pain, my compromised gait became progressively duck footed, eventually needing to bicycle even to cover distances over 50m.
